This qualification is the logical next step for those managers who have already completed the Certificate IV in Frontline Management or equivalent. Individuals undertaking this program will be managing the work of others, adding value to or reviewing management practices. This program provides learning opportunities and challenge which reflect the considerable experience of participants.
Participants need to complete Eight (8) units of competency, consisting of five (5) core units and three (3) elective units.
