Accreditation

The  Certificate IV in Workplace & Business Coaching (22174VIC) AND Diploma of Workplace and Business Coaching (22175VIC) were Australia's FIRST Government accredited programs that provide the specific workplace and business coaching skills to ensure you become a leading coach in the workplace. These programs have been specifically designed to meet the needs and demands of professionals and business leaders in the workplace.

Upon completion you will achieve the nationally accredited Certificate IV in Workplace & Business Coaching or the Diploma of Workplace & Business Coaching.

Certificate IV Customer Contact (BSB40307)

Our ability to build relationships with our customers is one of the most important skills in today's workplace. Having skilled, enthusiastic and customer focused teams, is critical to business success.

This program focuses on those skills to build relationships with internal and external customers and to lead teams that provide the customer contact that is the "face of the organisation to the outside world".

Certificate IV Frontline Management (BSB40807)

Managers, supervisors and team leaders are being called upon more and more in today's workplace to lead and motivate their teams to great performance.

We have chosen a set of units for our Certificate IV in Frontline Management that focuses on the much needed leadership skills for managers to enable them to grow, motivate, lead and have great conversations with their team.

Diploma of Management (BSB51107)

This qualification is the logical next step for those managers who have already completed the Certificate IV in Frontline Management or equivalent. Individuals undertaking this program will be managing the work of others, adding value to or reviewing management practices. This program provides learning opportunities and challenge which reflect the considerable experience of participants. Coupled with powerful coaching competencies, this will develop your leadership to the next level.
