With a passion for developing people and realising their potential, Stacey loves coaching in both individual and team settings. She is an experienced leader, facilitator, speaker, mentor and agent of change which all enrich her coaching. Stacey enjoys the opportunity to be a catalyst of change, and capitalises on the ripple effect. Even one change, decision, choice, alteration of behaviour can have a profound and significant impact on an individual, a team, an organisation.

Stacey works with leading organisations and private business clients. Her partnering approach supports and encourages her clients to constructively overcome their challenges and focus on delivering their strategic and aspirational goals, to achieve extraordinary results.

Most recently Stacey has begun to focus on the Science of Happiness at Work, leveraging extensive research which shows that organisations and leaders need to get to grips with Happiness at Work for three important reasons:

  1. Happiness drives tangible benefits to the bottom line
  2. Happiness is linked closely to performance; the happier people are, the more productive they, their teams and their organizations are
  3. Happiness is measurable, manageable and actionable. The robust research and development tells organizations not only what to focus on but how to go about it

Stacey also works with organisations to support the sustainable implementation of Coaching Cultures, developing the coaching presence, skills and integrated change management to achieve this. The implementation of a coaching culture enables organisations, and leaders, to bring out the best in all of their people.

Corporate Background

Stacey began her career in the accounting and finance area, a sound foundation that has served her well. She has an outstanding track record leading and developing small and large teams across a multitude of disciplines, and has led the strategic direction and organisational design for a number of significant organisations in the telecommunications, IT and finance sectors.

As a coach, speaker and facilitator, Stacey can draw on her extensive experience and expertise including strategic development, organisational design, change management, business management, customer service, organisational start-up and performance improvement, crisis management, business process reengineering, leadership, team building and high performance, mentoring, presentation and facilitation, and program management.

Qualifications & Education

Stacey holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney, a Diploma in Workplace & Business Coaching, a Certificate IV in Frontline Management and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a Professional Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation (PCC ICF), an Accredited Master Coach (AMC) with the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Coaching (ANZIC) and a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA).

In addition, Stacey is an Accredited MBTI Practitioner, Extended DISC Practitioner, ESI Practitioner, TTI EQ Practitioner, Accredited PEP Facilitator and ExecutivePEP coach, and Accredited Orijen Mentor. In 2002, Stacey completed the Strategy into Action Program at the London Business School. Stacey is also a Licensed Practitioner for the Science of Happiness at Work.

Stacey was appointed to the Executive Coaching Panel for ANSTO in June 2010 and Ashley Coaching & Consulting was appointed to the Coaching Services Panel for the NSW RTA in Sep 2010. Jane Anderson is an experienced PCC (Professional Certified Coach with the ICF) and APC (Accredited Professional Coach with ANZIC) with a background in executive coaching, training, career development and image consulting. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), a Diploma in Workplace and Executive Coaching, and Cert IV in Training and Assessment. She has worked with clients across a variety of industries including mining, retail, transport, logistics, resources, IT, government, construction and education.

Jane is also currently one of only four Licensed Practitioners in the Science of Happiness at Work in Australia.

Jane provides her coaching clients with the opportunity and tools to explore their career options, helps them with the right steps towards a great career, and coaches them how to perform their best to achieve both career and life goals. With over nine years experience in people development and twelve years sales and marketing experience, Jane instils a confidence in her clients in being able to fulfil their potential and position themselves for their future careers.

Jane has worked in human resources for some of Australia's most-recognised organisations in both the public and private sectors. She was instrumental in setting up the Coaching culture for the Super Retail Group and her work has been featured in the book "Bring Out Your Best"by Natalie Ashdown.

Among many other responsibilities, Jane was an internal government trainer in Application Writing and Interview Skills and has advised government recruitment panels. So she now helps her clients in areas such as resume writing, selection criteria and interview skills, and aids many clients in navigating the Queensland Government's Capability and Leadership Framework.

Jane is a great listener and her approach is very open and collaborative. She is pragmatic and resourceful, focussing on helping clients to find rewarding and satisfying careers. Her positive outlook and coaching style allows her clients to see possibilities where they may have been hidden!

Tania Curley

Tania is a highly passionate, experienced facilitator and coach. Tania has spent the past 8 years specialising in the field of learning and development where she has designed and facilitated training programs and led a number of projects involving HR initiatives within the Recruitment, Finance and Property industries.

During the course of her career in Learning and Development, Tania developed a strong interest in coaching as a result of academic research she undertook in 2006 while studying her Masters in Strategic Human Resources. Key findings in her case study research highlighted the importance of effective coaching and feedback in not only the transfer of learning, but also performance on the job and retention of key talent. Tania has since been passionate about helping managers to improve their coaching skills and has developed and facilitated three manager as coach training programs. Tania has also coached others primarily in the area of sales, performance and career coaching. Her enthusiasm and genuine interest in helping others to explore what’s most important to them, their goals and new pathways for achieving these goals has lead to significant progress and achievements in their chosen topic area.

As a facilitator, Tania designs and delivers all her programs in alignment with coaching principles where she focuses more on asking insightful questions of the learners to better involve them in learning rather than giving all the answers.

Corporate Background

Tania began her career in hospitality joining the Southern Pacific Hotel Group as a Management Trainee where she held a number of frontline leader roles before leaving the industry to pursue a career in the field of Human Resources. Tania then spent the next 5 years working in the recruitment industry where she became highly successful as a sales professional. While working in a sales role with Manpower, Tania was approached to become a Learning and Development Consultant specialising in sales, recruitment and time management programs.

After being approached about a NSW Business Training Manager role at Wizard Home Loans, Tania then left Manpower and moved into the Finance industry where she spent the majority of her time coaching lenders and delivering 10 day training programs to branch owners in how to run their business. Tania then returned to Manpower in a contract capacity where she successfully co-designed and facilitated a new sales training and sales coaching program that was rolled out nationally.

More recently Tania has completed contract project work which has included working with:

  • Manpower as a Business Improvement Consultant designing and delivering a national sales coaching program for managers and sales training program for employees
  • NAB as a Learning and Development Manager leading a team of three designing and developing a training curriculum for loan processing staff that contributed to significant improvements in time to competency and employee satisfaction ratings.
  • Powercor as an Organisational Development Consultant designing and project managing the training and delivery of an automated performance management system which was successfully rolled out to 1200+ employees. Co-designing and co-facilitating a Finance Mentoring program that contributed to an improvement in employee satisfaction in the team of11%
  • Stockland Property group as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant developing a curriculum for the sales and leasing teams, including the development and facilitating a sales coaching program and quarterly sales training workshops. Design and facilitation of Stocklands manager as coaching program and team profiling workshops.

Suzy Roche

Suzy Roche

Suzy began her practice of consultancy in Atlanta, GA, USA in 2000 after completing 14 years of consistently-rewarded success as a manager of learning, marketing, communication, distribution, sales and product development teams throughout the US and in Japan with a US Fortune 100 company. During this time she was honoured with enrolment to GTE’s Master Marketing Development program and completion of her Certificate of Professional Web Design from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Throughout her career and her travels both nationally and internationally on behalf of her employer, Suzy maintained her focus on building relationships and facilitating the professional development and growth of others. Acknowledging her skills and passion, she chose to create a consultancy providing facilitation, coaching and curriculum development to clients such as Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, BellSouth and AT&T.

After four years of success in the States, Suzy met and married her Australian husband and moved to Perth, WA, AUS, where she began developing and delivering highly-interactive content and workshops for job seekers and students of the Cert. IV in Frontline Management while pursuing her own personal development within the Australian AQTF and in accreditation of psychometric tools: Myers-Brigg, Belbin Team Roles, California Psychological Inventory for Leaders 260, Benchmarks, Skillscope, Bar On EQ and EQ 360 for Emotional Intelligence.

In 2006, Suzy accepted the position of State Training Manager, WA and NT, with First Mobile. First Mobile was the leading retail store partner for Vodafone Australia operating 83 stores and employing 600 Australia-wide. While in this position, Suzy had responsibility for supporting the induction needs of 65 retail staff, as well as developing and delivering both a coaching model and leadership development.

As a result of Suzy’s contributions in Western Australia and Northern Territories, she was seconded to work on a project team to develop a national sales, sales management and leadership program including workshops, video tutorials, at-work skills practice modules, online goal and coaching management tools, incentive alignment and recognition program (“Sales Olympics”) that was a cornerstone initiative contributing to a 130% EBIT attainment. During the development of this multi-faceted project, Suzy was named General Manager of Organisational Development and joined the Senior Management.

In the summer of 2009, the newly-merged Vodafone/Hutchison group re-organize and Suzy declined opportunities in the Eastern states as a result of her love for Western Australia, instead developing her business, Roche Consulting.
